Red Technologies, a provider of information technology and utilities infrastructure services for mission-critical data centers, has been bought by NV5 Global, Inc., a provider of technology, conformity assessment, and consulting solutions. Large worldwide technology and financial services firms that rely on data centers and cloud services for their operations are some of Red Technologies' clients. The purchase was funded by a combination of cash and stock and will boost NV5's earnings right away.

Red Technologies was established in 2000 and has offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Its projects have been implemented in Australia, China, India, Japan, Korea, and all of Southeast Asia. With Red Technologies, NV5 has access to new international clients in the data center business as well as past and present projects. Red Technologies' acquisition has increased NV5's workforce in the Asia Pacific area to over 250 people.
