Driven by Tech Mahindra & Subex Partnership, Telcos to Adopt Blockchain based Solutions at Scale

The leading digital transformation provider, Tech Mahindra, which is renowned for consulting and business re-engineering services and solutions, an industry veteran in providing services on Digital Trust, announced strategic partnership to drive scale adoption of blockchain-based solutions for telecom operators globally.

These solutions will start fraud mitigation and drive operational efficiencies for communication service providers (CSP) using reduction compliance complexities and faster time-to-market.

The partnership will grant real-time reconciliation for reports with summarized data in minimizing discrepancies, leading to reduction of multiple validations and quick dispute resolution through tamper-proof verifiable transactions. With this collaboration, there will be expedite settlement for communication service providers (CSPs) and drive-enhance visibility in the end-of-the-month billing cycle.

The CSPs will benefit from the enhanced operations efficiencies through leverage of blockchain based smart contracts and forge more impactful alliance for driving trust amongst diverse stakeholders.

Tech Mahindra will be rolling-out solutions for the telecom operations backed by its proven capabilities in operations support system (OSS) and business support system (BSS) domain. The solutions will be integrated to Subex’s blockchain network and capabilities for an enterprise-grade DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) network. Moreover, Tech Mahindra has plans of extending the existing inter-carrier settlement implementation in phase-II for inclusion of roaming agreements through smart contracts and leading to reduction in operation cost, faster turnaround times and dispute minimization.
